Team building workshop

The MBTI based team analysis exercises are very good at developing a team’s insight and in helping them work together more effectively in the future. They gain great understanding about each others' values, thinking styles and ways of working. The exercises can be great fun and build a good team spirit to produce a more supportive working environment.

This workshop requires members of the team to complete MBTI psychometric assessment questionnaires. I am a qualified practitioner of the MBTI instrument.

Creative Facilitation — Brainstorming

I use creative techniques to release potential creativity. These techniques encourage new perspectives which provoke new connections. They focus the brain on something completely different from the presenting problem to create new insights and possibilities.

The aims are to:

• Refresh the creative energy of the group
• Help them see the problem or issue with new eyes
• Distract the brain from locking us into current and past realities
• Give them new connections and innovative solutions
• Transport them to other worlds and experiences
• Allow them to 'steal' from the real world!
